At work

by Nazas on Tuesday, July 14th, 2009

The new job that I have taken is wearing me out. I took a delivery job to help pay the bills and I am being driven into the ground at an alarming rate. I guess the biggest hassle about this new job is driving around in the daylight in all of the traffic. I just am not used to driving around in all the mess that driving in the daylight causes. I have driven at night in little or no traffic for so long it will take me a while to get used to the traffic, if this is the biggest hassle that I have I guess I can handle the stress of the traffic and do the best job that I can.

Moving day

by Nazas on Wednesday, May 13th, 2009

This weekend I will be helping my daughter move from school back home. It will take a couple of movers plus us to get all of the stuff she has acquired over four years back home. We will need a one way truck rental to get this job done right, no need of me to rent a truck here and drive it both ways.

Budget Van lines has a great web site with a huge selection of affordable moving vans, what I like is you can choose from a two way rental or just rent the Budget Van Lines truck one way. It will be very nice to have our daughter back home for good I hope. I am not sure where she wants to find a job at but there are lots of nice places to work in the Nashville area. Ever since I moved here I have loved this area a lot and would not like to move anywhere else.

Moving is a hard job and no matter who asks for my help i will be using Budget Van Lines and I tell all of the family about this affordable moving company and I have had to use them several times and I have not been disappointed at all.

Truck

My Tahoe has been in the shop since Thursday of last week and they still have not been able to get it fixed. Kind of makes me wonder if they are trying very hard. Every shop we have taken anything to in the last two years has tried to get more money out of us. Kind of makes me think about taking some auto classes and fix stuff myself. I try and do some of the simple stuff all that I can. They make the newer cars so complicated you can not work on them yourself and that really amuses me to no end. Make simple stuff that the average person can work on and you have a winner in my book.

Car shopping

by Nazas on Friday, April 17th, 2009

After so many trips to the automotive repair shop we have decided to find us a new car. We started shopping for a Dodge Dakota truck, and the search has since moved to a Hummer. We found these great vehicles on Car Connection, and we also looked at a Nissan Frontier and if you believe it a Ford Fiesta, I am not sure why we wanted to see the Ford must of been something my wife liked about that vehicle.

The Car Connection has such a great number of nice vehicles that it took us a long time to find what we were looking for and when we did the quality of these cars amazed us. I would recommend the Car Connection to anyone looking for a good vehicle, their selection is outstanding and the price was better than any of the local dealers we looked for bargains at.

We have good vehicles but as they get older and the repairs get more numerous it was time to find us a new vehicle and Car Connection was the perfect avenue for us to find the vehicle we need to get us rolling again with a new car. One more thing you can not beat the new car smell and having a vehicle that no one else has driven is a dream of mine. Check out the web site of The Car Connection to see if they have a new car for you, the web site is http://www.thecarconnection.com. I recommend them highly.

Truck

We got our truck out of the shop today and where it used to cost us $800 every time one of our vehicles went into the shop, today was only $632 I guess the recession has hit everyone including auto repair shops. I know they are still busy and it is a good thing that the cost of getting your vehicle fixed has dropped a bit too. I know it is hard to afford to have a delivery business with the cost of gasoline and the cost of basic repairs on our fleet. It is almost to the point where a car payment would be less than the repair bills we have to pay almost every month.
