One of the very best spots to play golf in is the great golf courses in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. This is a very nice resort that is close enough to make a weekend trip from here in Nashville Tennessee and I love to golf Myrtle beach. I have found some very nice Myrtle Beach golf packages and have taken advantage of them several times over the years.

I have played golf in many amazing places and I think of Myrtle Beach golf as one of the very best, it ranks right up there with some of the nicer courses I have played in places like Phoenix and Las Vegas. We have even played at night in Myrtle Beach and that is something that I have never seen at another course I have played golf at over the years. Some of the Myrtle Beach golf vacations have included trips to the beach and once we took a boat out on the water for a day, something that I really enjoyed a lot. Myrtle Beach has so much to offer it is one of my favorite vacation spots in the world. I can not wait for our next golfing trip to Myrtle Beach and we have started making the plans for our next trip to the beach and I love to be able to take my golf clubs with my bathing suit.

Tonight our grandson David was over and we had some fireworks left from the Fourth of July, so we went out in the yard and light up some sparklers and a couple of bombs that shot into the night. We had a few bottle rockets and roman candles so we shot them off too. In all we had some harmless fun and David had a good time. It rained on the Fourth of July so we had to make it up some how and this was the very best way we could think of and it was fun for an old man too.

This weekend I am taking my six year old grandson to the fishing derby at the near by lake, it will be his first attempt at fishing by himself. He has been a couple of times with us and had a good time. I just hope that he is able to catch some big fish and that he has a great time at this fun event hosted by the Tennessee Fish and game department. I am looking forward to it myself, I think that David will have a lot of fun and I hope that he catches the fishing bug, it is more fun to fish with a buddy than alone.

As the weather has gotten warmer I have been out riding my bicycle a lot and I have decided to get a new bike and one for my wife too. We started looking at new bikes and found out that the local bike shops charge an arm and a leg for a new bike. We have been looking at Raleigh Bikes and Giant Bikes as well as some new bicycle accessories to make our rides even safer and a lot more comfortable. I like looking at off the wall gadgets for bikes well for about anything including bikes too.

After we get our new bikes I would love to take a riding trip across Europe and that is on our list of great things to do when we retire here in a few years it will be a reality, one that I can not wait for. I wish it was retirement time already I am ready to hit the trail on my new Giant Bike and see the world.

My wife loves the sand and the ocean and I love to make her happy and to play golf. So you add all these things up and I see a trip to Myrtle Beach to play in the sand and water and fro me to get in some great golf.
