A Place for Nazas to Record His Many Observations and Ruminations
Although my garden space is limited I do have some peppers and tomatoes growing in pots in the yard, we have been getting tomatoes almost everyday and a few peppers. I love growing plants and flowers and getting to see the results right out in your yard. I wish we had more space where i could put in a real garden, maybe we can start looking for a house with a bigger yard and places for more animals too. The farmer in me keeps coming out at the very worst times.
April is the best month to see how your football team will shape up in the fall, the college draft is just around the corner, free agents will be signing all summer. The players will be in mini camps soon. That means that training camp is just around the corner and the start of the season can not be far behind. For the die hard football fans this is torture to be without football this long.
This is the day most Americans pay into the government or get their yearly spending money from the government. This year I get neither I had to file an extension and will not be getting the money just a few more months to figure out how much I owe, The line to file the extension was 12 blocks long and I went early, no telling what it will be like at midnight.
With the price of gas I have been looking for a new car that gets better gas mileage than my Tahoe does. I just simply do not fit in a lot of cars at 6’4″ and almost 300 pounds I can not handle a small car, so that limits the different cars that I can think about buying. One that I have seen recently that is getting my interest going is the Lincoln MKZ, I really like the looks of this new entry from Lincoln.
Being that today is April 1st it got me to thinking and that is a dangerous thing. How did the April Fools deal come about? I have no idea I have never heard why it began, who began it. If anyone knows please let me know I am a very courious person to begin with and this has me puzzled. I have seen some very funny Aprils fools jokes on the internet and just wondered how big the fooling part could go.
