The weather outside is wonderful and it is a perfect night to get the grill lit and throw some meat on it. Tonights feast will be marinated pork chops. I would rather feast on steak but if not steak then hand me the pork chops, with chicken a distant third but the last couple of times we had chicken on the grill it turned out very nice and tasty. The weather has no affect on the taste of the grill, I have cooked outside in the snow, it does not change the taste of the meat only the amount of time you can stand outside and enjoy the grill.

Another Tennessee Titian was arrested this weekend for DUI. Jevon Kearse was arrested on West End early this morning for DUI. Again I say if you are home at 3 am you will not be going to jail. This city has been bombarded by drunk driving of sports stars and music people for years, I think the justice system should throw the book at these people just like they do for ordinary people. That is the only way to stop the drunken stupidity. They seem to have an over blown sense of ego that needs to be reigned in.

Tonight the moon will appear larger than other nights, this is an illusion and is pretty cool to see, the moon has many stages the red full moon is the best just to sit and look at. It makes you wonder what the primative people thought when the moon changed so much. Our night sky is very beautiful to look at and so very amazing.

Today is a day that songs and poems are written about it is simply beautiful. A high of about 80 with 40% humidity and a soft breeze, so very nice. I know summer is almost upon us and it will be so hot and humid very soon a day like this is so enjoyable. It is hard to get much done outside when you work nights but I am going to make an exception to that and get out and get some work done on cars and the yard. I hope we have more days like this soon. Thank You Mother Nature.

Today the Saudi King has said the price of oil needs to be set back to approiate levels, I do not know what this means for sure but if it helps get the price of gasoline back to an affordable level i am all for it. We sure need some relief on the high prices we have had to live through. A reset on oil prices might save many small business that are about to go under due to high cost of doing business.
